Champagne Michel Genet
The concept of "manufacturers" stems from the origin of the word "manu-facture," meaning handmade. All of their products are meticulously crafted from the grapes, cultivated through sustainable viticulture practices, to the vinification and aging of the wines in individual parcels. Resembling an artisan workshop, each member of the team has specific roles and oversees every stage of production in detail. They personally monitor the vineyards with precision, ensuring optimal grape quality during manual harvesting by their dedicated team. Every vintage undergoes separate fermentation to maintain the integrity of each parcel. Their products are crafted in Chouilly, within the historic "Le Transvaal" building, part of which dates back to 1900. This facility serves as a reception area, production space, and storage facility, mirroring the setup of a traditional workshop. For generations, their family has passed down expertise that defines the reputation and quality of their products. Embracing the title of "Manufacturers of Grand Crus," they emphasize their mastery and dedication to their esteemed classified terroir. This privilege, cherished with utmost diligence, reflects their commitment to excellence.
In the manner of a traditional workshop, Antoine, Vincent, and Agnès Genet uphold their family Maison, named after their father, Michel Genet. The trio advocates for viticulture and vinification practices that prioritize natural methods through a selective process (parcel monitoring, organic amendments certified by AB, reasoned pest management), ensuring quality (accreditation for the entire wine storehouse) and reliability (independence, exacting standards, and responsiveness).

Champagne Robert Thoumy
Established in Chigny les Roses since the late 19th century, vine cultivation has always been a cornerstone of their family legacy. However, the production of Champagne would commence later on. The journey truly began in 1950 when Robert Thoumy made the decision to showcase his expertise and introduce his inaugural bottles to the market. Supported by his son Michel, the latter took over his father's estate in 1972. Michel then passed on his passion to Jean-Philippe, who currently oversees the domain. Today, he is fortunate to share this passion with Thibaut, the youngest of his two sons, representing the fourth generation.
Chigny les Roses, nestled on the eastern slopes of the Montagne de Reims, is a village classified as PREMIER CRU. Spanning across 5.5 hectares, their vineyard boasts a blend of 60% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir, and 20% Chardonnay. With 27 parcels spread across two communes, Chigny-les-Roses and Ludes, the average age of their vines is approximately thirty years.
Located on the north-facing slope of the Montagne de Reims, their vineyard thrives on a soil rich in clay, limestone, and sand at the lower slope. The nearby forest plays a vital role as a thermal regulator, absorbing and retaining heat during the day and releasing it to the slopes in the evening.
6 bottles of Rosé
Lassalle-Hanin
Rosé brut
From Chigny les roses
This champagne is a rosé blend of the 3 grape varieties (chardonnay, pinot noir, meunier) mixed with coteaux Champenois.
It has a charming rosé robe; it exudes an effervescent bouquet of ripe berries. On the palate, it reveals a fruit-forward profile, characterized by crisp acidity. This refreshing quality gives it a balanced elegance, rendering it an ideal choice for a soirée cocktails and gastronomic pairings at your table.

Champagne Lassalle Hanin
The house was founded in 1950 by Paul Lassalle and his wife Hélène Hanin, then owner of the vineyards inherited from her father Robert Hanin.
A know-how that has been passed down for 3 generations, as their children Jean-Pol, Christian and Philippe have perpetuated́ and perpetuated́ the business to this day, passing on this heritage to their sons and nephews Vincent and Franck.
They cultivate their vines on different terroirs ("Montagne de Reims", "Vallée de la Marne", "Coteaux sud d'Épernay"), offering great potential for the production. They control the assembling and blending process and play with the 3 traditional champagne grape varieties to create their different cuvées.
Rich in know-how and tradition they offer a wide range and deliver wines that are open and straightforward.
Chigny-les-Roses is a predominantly wine-growing commune in the Marne region, nestling on the slopes of the Reims mountains.
In 1790, the crus of Chigny-les-roses were classified as "Premier Cru"; a distinction that has been confirmed over the centuries, since today Chigny-les-roses is still classified as a premier cru, making it a flagship of Champagne.
