  • Membership & Subscription Cancellation (Before Charge):

    • If you cancel your membership or subscription before your card is charged, your cancellation will be processed within 3 days of your request.

    • You will receive a full refund if you cancel before being charged for your subscription.

  • Cancellation After Charge:

    • Once your subscription is charged, the current membership year and the current delivery shipment are immediately launched and cannot be stopped.

    • In this case, your cancellation will take effect for the next membership renewal or subscription delivery cycle.

📋 How to Request a Refund 📋

To qualify for a refund for a cancelled tour, please contact The Champagne Wine Club directly via email or WhatsApp.

  • Note on Card Payments: In case of refund for a card payment, a 3.5% bank fee will be charged and deducted from the refund amount.
