Membership & Subscription Cancellation (Before Charge):

If you cancel your membership or subscription before your card is charged, your cancellation will be processed within 3 days of your request.

You will receive a full refund if you cancel before being charged for your subscription.

Cancellation After Charge:

Once your subscription is charged, the current membership year and the current delivery shipment are immediately launched and cannot be stopped.

In this case, your cancellation will take effect for the next membership renewal or subscription delivery cycle.

📋 How to Request a Refund 📋
To qualify for a refund for a cancelled tour, please contact The Champagne Wine Club directly via email or WhatsApp.

Note on Card Payments: In case of refund for a card payment, a 3.5% bank fee will be charged and deducted from the refund amount.
