Champagne Florine Henriet.
At the beginning of the 1900s, Gaston Henriet, Florine’s great-grandfather, began producing champagne, marking the start of a lasting legacy. In the 1990s, Florine, daughter of Marc Henriet, took over the family estate in Verzenay. With her son Robin now at her side, the house continues to grow with new cuvées, tastings, and professional fairs.
Located in the prestigious Grand Cru village of Verzenay, the estate also spans Verzy, Sillery, and Beaumont-sur-Vesle. These renowned terroirs are known for their Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, producing champagnes of character, finesse, and elegance.
Long cellar aging — up to 10 years for vintage champagnes — gives the wines depth and complexity, while the pursuit of the “Viticulture Durable en Champagne” certification reflects the family’s commitment to the environment.

Champagne A. Boatas & Fils
Their champagnes are crafted through four generations of family expertise and a deep attachment to their land and heritage. Determined to carry this legacy forward, the Boatas family began commercializing their own range, uniting tradition with a modern vision of winemaking.

Located in Avize, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, their 3.6-hectare vineyard lies mainly on prestigious Grand Cru terroirs. This exceptional location allows for a qualitative approach focused on one of the most expressive crus of Champagne.

As récoltants-coopérateurs for three generations, the family benefits from state-of-the-art facilities and technical expertise, while preserving the freedom to craft their own identity. This enables them to enrich their range with Grand Cru Chardonnay/Pinot Noir blends and to vinify select “vieilles vignes” parcels, producing distinctive vintage champagnes, 100% Avize Grand Cru.
