Champagne Paul Sadi.

Champagne Paul-Sadi invites you to discover Beaumont-sur-Vesle, a Grand Cru that is small in size but grand in name. This is a rare terroir with hidden riches, first revealed by our grandfathers—whose two names we have chosen to combine—and which we are dedicated to preserving in its tradition of excellence. Both of us are proud to contribute to the renown of the "Belmontoise" identity which, through our dedication, holds a place of honor among the most exceptional Grand Crus.

Founded in 2012 by Jérôme and Magdeline Portier, this House is a tribute to Jérôme’s grandfathers: Paul Portier and Sadi Malot. It unites two historic families from the prestigious terroirs of Beaumont-sur-Vesle and Villers-Marmery.

  • The Portier Family (Grand Cru): Starting in 1924 with Virgile Portier, the family established itself as a Récoltant-Manipulant. His son, Paul Portier, was a master of the Grand Cru of Beaumont-sur-Vesle, serving as a lead pruning instructor. His expertise earned their bottles a place at elite Parisian tables like La Tour d'Argent.

  • The Malot Family (5 Generations): Since 1883, the Malot family has shaped Villers-Marmery. Sadi Malot was a pioneer who expanded the estate with a horse and a traditional press, becoming a staple in the finest restaurants of Reims.

  • A Modern Union: Jérôme, a born winemaker, and Magdeline, from a viticultural family in Verzenay, now manage the estate together. They balance 100 years of tradition with modern precision, producing Grand Crus d'Exception that are often Champagnes not exported abroad.

Champagne Gaston Revolte

Champagne Gaston Révolte is a dedicated family-run estate that prides itself on perpetuating traditional expertise while remaining deeply in tune with the rhythms of nature. Driven by a profound respect for the land and the health of our soils, we continue to work our vines using a traditional plow. Our majestic draft horses are active participants in the life of the vineyard, ensuring a gentle touch that modern machinery simply cannot replicate.

Our Premier Cru vineyards are primarily located in the historic village of Avenay Val d’Or. Our plantings consist of 90% Pinot Noir, providing structure and power, and 10% Chardonnay, which adds a touch of finesse. This specific composition allows us to craft expressive, fruity wines that boast a magnificently golden hue in the glass.

Through a process of careful and attentive vinification—perfected by the patience of a long, slow aging period in the cool silence of our cellars—we offer you the joy of tasting Champagnes that are both generous in character and conquerant in their presence.
