Champagne JP Morel

Jean-Paul's family lineage in Champagne spans generations, beginning as grape growers and culminating in his grandfather's establishment of the family winery.

Now, Cédric, Jean-Paul's son, manages the estate and mentors his sons to carry on the legacy. Each generation has added its unique style to the Champagne while honoring the foundational blend of the family’s founder.

By balancing tradition and innovation, they consistently produce exceptional Champagnes that reflect evolving tastes.

Nestled in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, Verzenay is a prestigious Grand Cru village renowned for producing some of the most elegant and powerful Champagnes. This picturesque village, with its steep slopes and stunning vineyards, offers a captivating glimpse into the world of Champagne.

Champagne Paquay

Pierre-Emmanuel Paquay, a third-generation winemaker from Villers-Marmery, created his own Champagne brand to reflect his vision. Raised in the family vineyards, he developed a passion for viticulture and freedom.

After studying oenology and interning in the U.S., he returned to France to take over the estate, overcoming challenges to shape it into what it is today. Inspired by his father, he embraced sustainable practices, eliminating herbicides in 2016 and earning HVE, VDC (2019), and organic (2023) certifications.

Passionate about terroir expression, he meticulously crafts his cuvées, blending tradition, nature, and artistry. The Little Fairy on his labels symbolizes Champagne’s magic. He also restored a traditional pressing center with Coquard presses.

Champagne Bernard Brémont

Ambonnay, in the southeastern Montagne de Reims, is a Grand Cru village known for its chalky soils, abundant sunlight, and primarily Pinot Noir grapes. These elements produce esteemed champagnes with finesse and unique character. The name Ambonnay likely originates from "bonne haie," linked to a royal forest where Roman officer Amboniacus is said to have planted the first vines.

Champagne Bernard BRÉMONT, a family-owned house founded in 1965 by Michèle and Bernard BRÉMONT, passes down its know-how through generations. Honoring the legacy of Les BEURYS, the inaugural vineyard plot cultivated by the founders of the house, a distinctive cuvée has been dedicated in its memory. Their commitment to respecting nature, embracing sustainable vineyard practices, and preserving biodiversity is deeply embedded in their lifestyle philosophy.

This harmonious balance between the land and the craft of winemaking propels them to continuously refine and innovate, yielding heartfelt, profound, and generously authentic cuvées.
