Champagne Larnaudie-Hirault

Their champagnes are crafted through family expertise, creativity, and respect for the land. For nearly half a century, the Larnaudie-Hirault estate in Trois-Puits, Premier Cru Montagne de Reims, has produced expressive champagnes, now led by Michaël, who combines tradition with boldness and curiosity.

The six-hectare vineyard spans 18 parcels across Trois-Puits, Taissy, Montbré, Sacy, and Verneuil, cultivating Pinot Noir, Meunier, and Chardonnay on Premier Cru terroirs. Committed to sustainability, the estate has achieved Haute Valeur Environnementale and Viticulture Durable certifications and began organic conversion in 2020.

As Récoltants-Manipulants, all production steps are done on the estate with care and precision, using stainless steel or oak depending on style. Vines are farmed without chemicals, letting each parcel and vintage fully express its character in the champagnes.

Champagne Claude Cazals

Their champagnes are crafted through family expertise, innovation, and respect for nature. The Cazals family has always combined creativity with tradition, striving to improve quality while preserving the heritage of Champagne.

Located in the prestigious Côte des Blancs, the estate spans 9 hectares across Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Vertus, and Villeneuve-Renneville-Chevigny. The region’s oceanic-continental climate, with optimal sunlight, rainfall, and temperatures, is ideal for Chardonnay, the estate’s sole grape variety, which brings mineral, floral, citrus, butter, toast, and hazelnut notes to the wines.

For the production of their cuvées, modern oenological techniques blend with ancestral methods. Thermoregulated tanks and oak barrels ensure balance and quality, while the Gyropalette, invented by Claude Cazals, automates riddling, allowing each Chardonnay parcel to reach its full expression. The wines display finesse, aromatic power, and the capacity for long, rich maturation.

Champagne DS Bouvier

Their champagnes are crafted with passion, family heritage, and respect for tradition. Located in Villers-Allerand, between Reims and Épernay in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, the estate cultivates less than one hectare of vineyards, primarily Pinot Noir, Champagne’s emblematic grape.

As independent winegrowers, the family oversees every stage of production at the property, from vineyard to bottle. With a philosophy rooted in sustainable viticulture, they are currently pursuing HVE certification. Inspired by the work of their elders, they cultivate with respect for nature through soil management, partial grass cover, and natural methods like sexual confusion to protect the vines. This commitment ensures the preservation of their land while producing rare, expressive champagnes that reflect the estate’s identity.

Maison DS Bouvier also offers flexibility, from zero-dosage cuvées to bespoke bottle designs, creating champagnes tailored to every occasion. Their greatest reward is to be the champagne that celebrates life’s successes—big or small, personal or professional.
