Champagne Paquay
Located in Villers-Marmery, Pierre-Emmanuel Paquay embodies a new generation of independent Champagne growers, blending tradition, precision, and innovation. Each cuvée is the result of rigorous work, respectful of the terroir and guided by an authentic passion for Champagnes with true character.
Situated on the Montagne de Reims, the village of Villers-Marmery benefits from a unique terroir, particularly renowned for the finesse of its Chardonnay. The chalky soils, temperate climate, and ideal exposure provide remarkable conditions for producing grapes of great aromatic purity.
From the manual harvest to the aging in the cellars, every step is mastered with rigor. Faithful to the méthode champenoise, we prioritize:
-
Gentle Pressing to preserve the finesse of the juice.
-
Slow, Natural Fermentations.
-
Long Aging on the Lees to develop complexity and aromatic depth. Each decision is guided by the search for the perfect balance between freshness, elegance, and the expression of the terroir.
Resolutely turned toward the future, we integrate innovative practices: sustainable viticulture, reduction of inputs, plot-by-plot management, and the use of indigenous yeasts. This approach allows us to offer contemporary Champagnes—more authentic, purer, and deeply rooted in their soil.

Champagne Konrat
The Konrat family represents the marriage of two distinct identities and legacies of expertise: centuries-old winegrowers from the heart of Champagne on one side, and winegrower-coopers from the Loire Valley on the other.
Carrying this tradition of excellence forward with an eco-responsible and local approach, Faustine and Marc perpetuate these ancestral gestures and family secrets. By enhancing them with a contemporary boldness, they offer you an authentic and charismatic gastronomic Champagne.
The Konrat family vineyard spans 7 hectares of silica-limestone and clay-limestone soils within a single-growth (mono-cru) area; these are the finest conditions for producing an elegant Champagne with a strong identity. The vineyard benefits from complete exposure: the South and West-facing slopes bring warmth to the clay-limestone plots, while the North and East-facing exposures accentuate the freshness of the silica-limestone terroirs.
We exclusively select and vinify our finest parcels. Le Clos des Menues Raies, La Pierre Saint-Philippe, La Haie Benoît, and Le Grain de Sel constitute our most emblematic plots. These vines produce grapes that offer the perfect balance between aromatic power and persistent minerality. The identity of our wines is shaped by this unique terroir where sand is omnipresent, imparting finesse, elegance, and a charming, distinct character."

Champagne Cédric Morel
Deeply rooted in the chalky soils of Champagne, the Morel family represents four generations of unwavering tradition. This long lineage has allowed them to master the unique nuances of their Grand Cru parcels in Verzenay, one of the most prestigious villages on the Montagne de Reims.
A Living Tradition: As the fourth generation, Cédric Morel carries forward the ancestral "savoir-faire" that has defined his family for decades. His work is a tribute to those who came before him, maintaining the rigorous standards of a Récoltant-Manipulant.
The Future in Bloom: The legacy is already secured, as Cédric’s two sons represent the fifth generation. They are currently immersed in their studies at viticultural school, balancing modern academic precision with the invaluable hands-on lessons learned daily at their father’s side in the vineyards and the cellar.
The Verzenay Spirit: This deep family connection to the land is tasted in every bottle. By blending 100 years of family experience with the youthful energy of his sons, Cédric produces Grand Crus d’Exception that offer a perfect balance of historic power and contemporary finesse.
