The subscription for the Champagne aromas enthousiasts ! These Champagnes are very rare. Hilaire Leroux 2012 aged more than 10 years in the cellars to develop all the aromas of a very fine Champagne. "Bellus Mons" vintage 2017 is the only 100% grand cru Champagne of the village Beaumont sur Vesle. The japanese are fans. "Alexiana" is a complex champagne aged in a smooth oak barrels to bring spices notes.

Description : Done with the best grapes of 2012 which were selectionned to create a long ageing vintage. You have aromas of fresh fruits salad, nuts and hazelnuts with spicy notes. Perfect pairing with a barbecue meat or grilled meat.

From Chigny les roses - Premier cru
Pierre is the 5 generation of winemakers. He is married and has a new born Alphonse.
​
He is working with his uncle Patrice in the steps of his grand-father. He is working on 9 hectars in the villages of Chigny les roses and Rilly la montagne.
​
The house is specialised in the keeping of the acidity and a long ageing.
​
He produces 20.000 bottles a year.

Jérôme
From Beaumont sur Vesle - Grand cru
Born and raised in Beaumont sur Vesle, Jérôme is married and has 2 daughters and a dog.
​
He is the 4th generation of winemakers and has worked all his life with his father He is working on 6 hectars in the villages of Beaumont sur Vesle, Villers-Marmery, Verzenay and Verzy.
​
He is working with his wife and a full-time worker. He cruchs his grappes in the traditional press of his grand-father and produce part of his champagne in oak barrels.
​
He produces 20.000 bottles a year.
Jérôme's Champagne
Bellus Mons 2017

Description : Stone fruits champagne with discret smoked notes and spices as cloves and cardamone. Freshness at the begining, folowed by complexity of wooden notes and spices. Perfect with white or red meat, Blue cheese and comté.

Blending : 30% Chardonnay. 70% Pinot noir. Only from Beaumont Grand Cru village.
Done in French oak barels with micro oxygenation.

Mathias
From Sermiers - Premier cru
Mathias is the 6 generation of winemakers. He is married and the 2 of them are oenologists. His grand-father was the first president of the coop of the village.
​
He is working with his wife over 7ha in Sermiers, Chamery, Villers Allerand and Gueux.
​
He and his wife are very exigeant on the quality of the different aromas of their champagnes.
​
He produces 20.000 bottles a year.
Mathias's Champagne
Alexiana​
​
Description : Dry gastrnomic champagne. This champagne has a pale yellow colour with silver hints and a very nice "cordon" made of tiny bubbles. The first nose is powerful and dominated by aromas of dried fruits, fresh almond and light notes of bergamot and spices. Then, you will find notes of lemon, melon and white fruits. This champagne is excellent for aperitif, with Asian food and seafood (fried gambas with citrus fruits or cod served with shellfish nage).
