Franck and Vincent's Champagne
Vintage 2018​
Description : Champagne with a very beautiful finesse and tiny bubles. White flowers as jasmin. Freshness with notes of green apple and citrus. Freshly baked bread, and toasted nuts. This Champagne is excellent in apertif, fish or white meat.

Classification : Premier cru
​
Blending : 50 % pinot noir and 50% Chardonnay.
​
Dosage : 7 g/l

Aged 4 years in cellars
Franck & Vincent
From Chigny les Roses - Premier cru
Franck & Vincent are twin brothers. They know each other perfectly and share the winemaking as the growing.
​
Their vineyards are in Chigny les Roses and Ludes mainel for their own Champagne.
​
Their great-grand-father was making his own Champagne and their grand-father was the first one to produce and share the family production.
​
They produce only 22.000 bottles a year which makes them very samll producers.

Thibaut
From Chingy - Premier cru
Winegrowers since 1950, Thibaut is the last of the family after 4 generations ! Young and passionate, Thibaut is working with Jean-Philippe his father.
​
He learnt in a Champagne school in Champagne and with his family since he has walked. He went to Napa, California and Tazmania, Australia to train.
​
He produces only 18.000 bottles a year.

Robert Thoumy​
Description : Light yellow color with tiny bubbles. This Champagne offers scent of peach, apricot, or nectarine, contributing to a rounded and fruity profile. This champagne is perfect for the aperitif or with creamy fish or asian food.

Blending : 33% Chardonnay ; 33% Pinot Noir, 34% Meunier. More 20% reserved wines.
​
Dosage : Brut 7 g/l
